Stated on the 31st of March 2020 Dark sky announced that it would be closing down the Android app, Website and API by July 1, 2020.

Apple and Dark Sky quoted on the blog post that "Our goal has always been to provide the world with the best weather information possible" - closing down services and only providing one platform goes against that goal!
