The LGBTQ+ community has just started to gain recognition in our very unequal society. This may seem as if it's just a small step, but this small step of including the sub categories of emoji for the LGBTQ will be a great opportunity to go in the right direction of equality. A while back Apple announced the new software update, and the boba emoji was presented. When this news came out a lot of people, crazed fanatics of boba, were exuberant. So imagine, new emojis that represent a whole community, a whole community full of people that just want to be heard and be seen after years of inequality, even till today. Imagine the joy that many will experience because of this small, tiny update to the emojis. So sign this petition to make a change.
