To help stop Russian aggression in Ukraine, to prevent further deaths of innocent people and expansion of war, to hold Putin regime accountable for its crimes, Apple and Google should disable IOS and Android operating systems on Russian territory.

Putin and his criminal regime are using technology, like smartphones and those operating systems, to promote their aggression, spread hateful propaganda and disinformation, and run Russian economy and businesses that bankroll his army and war. Modern technology is used by criminal regimes, businesses and individuals to avoid the effect of sanctions.

Disabling IOS and Android systems will help to stop that from happening and deal a sever blow to Russian economy and Putin’s military machine. Even if workarounds and jailbreaks are used by Russia, the disabling of the these systems will still have a big impact.
