Brandon Sinani started this petition to Apollo Tempe and

Apollo Tempe, known for its “upscale” luxury student apartments with modern features and “world-class” amenities, has the slogan: “Be the first to experience student living like Tempe has never seen before”.  After being repetitively lied and misled to, this slogan could not be accurate. Apollo promised and guaranteed to be finished by Aug 14th, 2020 for all of the following amenities:
•Basketball courts
•dog park
•dog spa
•green juice bar
•completed study rooms on our floors
•study room in building 2
•working WiFi
•easy access from building 2 to the parking garage
•beachy rooftop pool
•$250 promised compensation for last-minute move in push back.
•$250-400 guaranteed signing bonus gift card.
•grills

These amenities were not delivered and our rent is reflected on those amenities. Apollo Tempe needs to be held accountable for misleading and scamming their residents. I propose this be done by:

1. Drastically lower our rent.
2. Delivery of the promised compensation and signing bonus
3. Adjusting the management team and replacing the office managers with more efficient and productive team leaders.

Side Note: The reason for the leasing office closure is because staff in the leasing office tested positive, yes you read that right: the same staff that interacts up close with their residents and did so just the day before the covid closure. After testing positive, the Apollo leasing staff didn’t seem to think that it was an important step to disclose the potential risk they have exposed to all of the residents. On top of that, the management team and leasing office agents are hardly ever seen wearing the appropriate face coverings through this national pandemic and mandatory order.
