Working in maintenance should not automatically give you access to anyone’s apartment. A “maintenance man” improperly used a master key to enter Miya Marciano apartment. There needs to be a serious Security process in place before even getting close to having access to someone’s apartment. This is a call for new laws put in place for Maintenance in apartment leasing agreements.
