Give us back our right to elect our MPTC member

The local body elections were scheduled to be conducted in March 2020. But due to COVID-19, the then AP State Election Commissioner had indefinitely postponed the elections. But by the time he postponed the elections, the nominations and withdrawals process was completed. During the nominations and withdrawal process, the people of my village were ditched by the local leaders of all parties and in a secret deal they had given away the MPTC member position unanimously to someone from another village.
By the time we had come to know about this, the time for nominations was over. We had filed a complaint with the then returning officer as well but received no justice so far. We had conducted a meeting on our "Rachcha Banda" for about 4 1/2 hours continuously to question those local leaders who indulged that unethical deal and eventually mortgaged the self esteem of our village.
We are requesting the APSEC, the High Court of AP, the CM of AP to kindly consider our request to give us an option to go for nominations again and thereby protect the righteous spirit of democracy.
For the last one year we, the villagers, have been humiliated by them. Please help us in resolving this issue.
