We all know that people now a days sleep only 2-4 hours or 5-6 hours a day and thats not healthy because it can cause a heart disease, headache, migraine and so on. You must notice that sleeping less than 8 hours is not good for your health especially kids, why? Because kids are more on playing, browsing and etc.. that's why they sleep late or wake up feeling tired. So we must sleep 8 hours a day because the benefits of sleeping 8 hours a day can caused by growth hormones that are released while sleeping. And if you want to have a healthy and good skin you should sleep 8 hours a day consistently because based on studies showed that people sleep less than 8 hours a day show earlier skin aging. And take note if you want to sleep 8 hours a day you must sleep at 10pm so your time in waking up is 7 in the morning and that's a good sign because you feel so energize and can do a tasks. Sign this petition so you can spread some information about the importance of sleeping 8 hours a day.
