Say no to job mismatch

The Issue

'Job Mismatch' is a term used when a Jobseeker fails to meet the necessary skills and qualifications needed in order to fulfill the requirements of the job market which results in unemployment
This problem should be eradicated because some employees doesn't deserve the job that they have for example a doctor being a domestic helper in other countries my point is they studied their professions but they ended in doing something that is not related on what they finished
How can our country become a successful one when we doesn't have the right workers SAY NO TO JOB MISMATCH
