THE STANDING STATES OF AMERICA

We the people, to better preserve a Free State; must separate ourselves from all current and future entanglement with the standing Government of the Territory. Give authority to the Standing Militia to gather and represent the now Free State and Standing individuals.

The first two amendments in the Constitution grants us the power to such authority. It is also said to be, our obligated duty, according to the writes of Thomas Jefferson himself; in his handwritten memoirs, notes, and letters – dated to the 18th century.
