We want to add this dress code rule because it is unfair to the rest of the students.  Not only is the dress code already outlandish, but it is simply unfair that hats, hoods and durags cannot be worn while certain people can wear what was is mentioned in the title.  If we can’t simply wear hats then why should others be able to wear spikes dog collars?  

Further down the line we hope to change the rule on hats, hoods, and durags, but currently all we are trying to do is start a ban on cat ears, cosplay, dog collars.
