We can also create our own business through online. When it comes to bills you can also now pay through online by just using your cell phones. It is also one of the reasons why we can communicate even when we are far away from each other. Using our gadgets we can also shop through online for our daily needs. We can also use this for entertainment, it plays a very big role in ensuring that people live normal and happy lives. And lastly it also helps us identifying locations or directions.
Secondly, if there are positive effects of using gadgets, there must be a negative effects of using it. So here are some negative effects for you to know what will be your limitations while using gadgets.
Gadgets can damage your eyesight. Why? Because of the radiation. When you are using it while you are lying on a bed, or in a dark place can get your eye damaged. Lack of sleep or Insomnia, these conditions are the very bad effect of using gadgets because you are using gadgets just to entertain yourself and there is a possibility that it can lead to Insomnia. Cyber bullying. But how? In our gadgets of course there are social media apps that we use like Facebook, Twitter and etc... In these apps, we can't resist to have some bullies or death threats that can scare us and have trauma and it can go to depression. Disconnection to real world and addiction. Being addicted using a gadget can make you not friendly. Because all you want to do is stare at your phone and play games. Safety, this is a very serious situation. Because you MUST NOT share your personal info’s in your social media because there are hackers that can get your privacy and hack your accounts and contacts. Dizziness, this is related to lack of sleep and lost of appetite because you only focus using your gadgets and you don’t get enough rest and sleep that’s why you can get dizzy and many diseases.
Now the question that all you may ask while reading this petition is how can we help our self or our family to maintain the limit of using gadgets. We actually have four (4) solutions that you can apply to your family or self.
First is we have the good environment, base on research teenagers of kids that is passing the limit for using internet. They do it because they don’t have someone to talk or something to do in their everyday life that's why they choose to be on their gadgets all the time. When it comes to gadgets and internet their no specific solution for us because actually we can limit ourselves by simple developing our self control and also our time management.
Second is the self control, teenagers now seems to be more distracted because of the development of social media. They tend to put it first before the important things and that shows the lack of self control. In any case, we can introduce applications that holds the time and impair/disable applications in the specific time frame that we set.
