Community, first and foremost, we thank you for all the support that you have shown Carlos Drane over the years. As we are still in the process of completing his Post Conviction Relief, he has been blessed with an opportunity to go up for a Sentence Modification. After serving thirteen years, we are seeking the minimum sentence of forty-five years do twenty-two and a half, along with a release to IDOC Work Release. With his thirteen years plus time cuts, the sentence of forty-five years will leave him with around five and a half years. Carlos has completed several programs and continues to strive for more. We are in the time of Prison Reform. At tis time, we need signatures from you, the community, to show the Court Carlos has support from his community and  you support the actions we seek. For those who know know Carlos personally, spread the word about his TRUE character so those new to his name will understand who he TRULY is and see he deserves another chance.
