Rainbow Hill who killed Marissa Whalen on July 29th, 2011 is set to be released from prison October 13, 2020.

“I dropped Marissa face down into the bathtub,” Hill testified in Superior court. (Bratford The Expositor) In the ensuing chaos, 911 would be called and the dispatcher hung up on as a plan was hatched to hide Marissa and later bury her body in a remote location under the guise of disposing of a dog.

This is a complete miscarriage of justice and she needs to spend the rest of her life in jail. 

She was convicted and sentenced to life in prison, 9 years later does not constitute life in prison.

A little innocent girls life was cut short because of this monster, she should not have the opportunity to be released!
