I have seen dogs pulled and yanked on a lead attached to its collar. Surely this could cause damage to its windpipe, which would mean an exspensive trip to the vets . It’s much better to use a harness that is nowhere it’s neck. Just try to Imagine what it would be like if it was you. Please sign and share this to help it become law. To me it is a form of cruelty.
