There are hundreds of thousands of animals across the country enduring unnecessary experiments. W need to start working with federal agencies and industry to update testing requirements and promoting more accurate, non-animal alternatives for research. It is cruel and inhumane to experiment on animals, that alternative methods should be available because animals are so different from humans that research on animals often yields irrelevant results.
