- Risk allowance should be payed based on exposure not on educational level.
- Anesthesia department should stand and coordinated by its own members, not by nurses.
- Top-up should be allowed for all anesthetists.
- House allowance should be payed for all anesthetists.
- Long and short term trainings should be encouraged and expanded in the region.
- There should be legal representative of the department at the level of regional health bureau.
