On behalf of all students, residing in Anne Arundel county area. I believe we have the right to choose how we will take our own safety precautions. Because we have our own voices, we shouldn't have to succumb to what adults think is "best." They claim that each and every school will have high safety expectations and procedures in place, but how can you be certain that thousands of students will be safe and follow the safety protocols? what about teachers who have children? They aren't taken into account. As we return to school, I am convinced that the number of covid-19 case will not only increase significantly, but also generate a quarrel. This petition is exclusively for the purpose of expressing my dissatisfaction with the current state of things in the Anne Arundel County public schools. For the time being, we'd rather go virtual until the covid cases drop down and everything is safe again, similar to when school first started.
