Water charges are already too high. In these terrible times cost of living issues are paramount to help people survive. With more people having to stay home, power and water are in greater need. Now that the dams are full the government owned 'privatised' water companies are still milking the public with their very high water charges and it's time they came to the party to help the general public.

We ask the Queensland government and their semi-autonomous water companies to lower water charges by 50% to help struggling families manage their costs.

This is one way government and their private companies can stimulate the local economies.
