The Pubs code Regulations establishes the right of a tied tenant to take a FREE OF TIE RENT OPTION officially referred to as the Market Rent Only (MRO) option. The adjudicator will be responsible for resolving dispute between tenants and pubcos, and investigating the abuse of the code.

Recently appointed Deputy Pubs Code Adjudicator Fiona Dickie has got ample experience, dealing in civil disputes, exceptional and complex cases. Barrister Fiona Dickie is a scholarly professional individual, she is an accredited and experienced mediator with Judiciary background will be appointed as a PUBS CODE ADJUDICATOR.
Pubs Code will not be enforced under Paul Newby's guidance. Extent amount of Tax payers money has been spent with no purpose.
Therefore, this is in hour of need to sack Paul Newby as a PCA without any further delay, ''uphold the will of the Parliament and give justice to the Tied Tenants''.
