There is a frequent blackouts in the areas of Chennai city, old age people find it very difficult to entertain themselves in the lockdown itself; with these power cuts it makes everyone’s life difficult to survive without power in terms of cooking with induction, or work without power supply. Apartments and house having lifts do find it difficult to communicate to their respective houses.
