People are NOT listening,  they are walking their dogs , leaving them in cars in hot weather... DOGS ARE SUFFERING AND DYING !!!! ITS ANIMAL CRUELTY/WEFARE!!!   Parliament need to put a curfew in place that means if you walk your dogs in hot weatherl between  8am - 8.30pm you will be fined a hefty fine , or the dog will be removed from your care after a warning ⚠️  also you will be banned from owning a dog after second warning for 5 years ... or will recieve time in prison upto 5 years for animal cruelty . These poor animals are suffering �  their pads on paws are being severely burnt ... they have fur coats , fur hats and bare feet .. you try it ...!!! It's not acceptable,  not moral,  Not humain,  and it NEDDS TO STOP NOW !!!
