People needs to understand the sensitivity and importance of stray animals. People has a mindset that stray dogs and cats are harmful, cruel and have no love. But if you show them care and affection, they are the one's who love you the most.

People needs to understand that beating stray animals and acting violent against them is dreadful. The Indian constitution has not yet given rights to the animals  and are always at risk. The government of India should make some animal related projects and implement them. In India there are still such small laces where stray animals are slaughtered in the name of worship.
