Animal Rights
Why this petition matters
A healthy population of domestic animals improves public health and the livestock-based economy. A healthy population of domestic animals also means fewer diseases being spread to wildlife that's why this campaign is being formed. “A voice for the voiceless”
Shelter and rescue animals are in need of a second chance. They are lost, given up or abandoned. They are unwanted and helpless. These animals are often in ill health and have problems like poor socialization skills due to lack of human companionship and genetic defects due to inbreeding. There are not enough homes for all the animals that are born every year. Adopting from a shelter helps weaken the pet overpopulation cycle. Each year 8 to 12 million dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and other animals are euthanized because there are simply not enough homes for them. You also support a valuable charity and community institution.
Provide the animals with their full rights and they shouldn’t be treated brutally
