sir/madam , we routine see dogs getting runover by cars, puppies abandoned to die of starvation , rabies  etc. Government has taken steps to reduce the dog population by sterilization . Instead why not IUCD ( intrauterine device) like COPPER  T , which can be inserted with a short anesthesia and lasts for 10 years.This will help the society at large.
