Sen. Monica Martinez is the head of the NY Domestic Animal Welfare Committee. In her acceptance speech she vowed to help end puppy mills. She has the ability to Co-Sponsor the bill S4234A and get it out of committee. We the people must stand united in order to affect change. Please note, the abusive & greedy world of the puppy mill industry has lobbyists with deep pockets. They are donating to politicians in a disgusting attempt to buy their loyalty. The loyalty of ALL elected officials SHOULD BE to their constituents and to their sense of right and wrong.
