On November 18,1989 Mardie Elaine Swartz took a .357 caliber Magnum and waited Lori Anne Forrest to turn around & look her in the eye so she'd know who killed her. Lori was an only child, 19 years old. She was in the first graduating class at Health Careers High School and was in her 3rd semester of college at San Antonio College. Swartz escaped from prison and burglarized the home of a military family. She threatened Lori's family in the courtroom saying, "you're next." Swartz has some way of being on the internet and collecting money from men. One of the men she "met" on line actually married her by proxy. She is now divorced. She admitted the reason she married was so she would have an address to go to if she were paroled. She has been involved with Susan Wright who is convicted of stabbing her husband 193 times. She was moved to the Rusk Unit for some time for trying to kill herself.
Swartz finished her sentence for murder and is now being considered for parole on the escape and burglary charge. Because of her violent behavior, I STRONGLY OPPOSE ANY consideration for parole for this convicted murderer. This self-proclaimed white supremacist took the life of a precious daughter, grand-daughter, niece, cousin and friend. LORI ANNE FORREST DID NOT DESERVE THIS!
