Give our children access to the playing fields for Squirrels Heath Infant & Junior Schools

Havering council have denied our school: Squirrels Heath Infant and Junior schools use of the playing fields on Heath Park Road following the disruption caused on the land by the travelling community last year.
Previously the school used this field and contributed towards its maintenance so they could use the space for outdoor PE lessons as well as host after school activities and sports days. Now, Havering council have refused to allow access even for the summer term for our children despite the land remaining unused!
Given Squirrels Heath schools have very limited playground space, one of the smallest in all of Havering schools, it is inconceivable that our children are being denied access to a wonderful playing and learning environment.
We need as many people as possible to sign this petition so that we can raise awareness of this unnecessary decision by Havering council and urge our local MP Andrew Rosindell to raise this as a matter of deep concern to our school community. Please, please sign and share with as many people as possible.
We, the undersigned, strongly believe that both Squirrels Heath Infant and junior schools should have access to the playing fields on Heath Park Road as a matter of extreme educational importance and we urge Havering Council to allow this to happen.
