Coronavirus is quickly and silently spreading in NYC. Meanwhile schools are getting cleaning supplies to prevent the spread of this virus, but school trips are still on. We could limit the exposure of kids, teachers and their families by keeping all school activities within their own buildings. An environment schools can better control.

I have been told my kids could stay at home during school trips, but this doesn't offer much help. Coronavirus is known to have a high person to person spread  and a long incubation period. This means that if others get it very likely my kid and others will get it too.

Please lets try to do everything in our power to keep our kids, teachers and their families safe.
