My twin daughters are facing harassment, intimidation and bullying. And the nyc board of education does nothing , just offer the victim a transfer out the school to another nyc school where the behavior is in ALL schools . To better protect the victims and transfer the Perpetrators . Let the perpetrators know they will be transfer if such behavior does not change . And mandatory Counseling .  Intervention classes on harassment, bullying and intimidation . The victim is getting re-victimized  by transferring . So let’s work on the small Percentage of perpetrators and give them intervention counseling and understand their needs to their behavior.
