Im a local Restaurant owner in Rochester NY and are in the orange zone. We understand that Governor Cuomo has rules for so called hot spots. But it is proven fact the Restaurants, gyms and hair salons are not the cause of the raise in Covid 19 cases.

It has been noted by Governor Cuomo, County exc. Adam Bello, and Monroe County Health Michael Mendoza, stating these businesses are not the cause of the raise in Covid 19. but they could be.

How can Restaurants be a raise causing business. 1 we have one of the most strict regulations known to man, 2 We have implemented all safety guidelines and have spent a great deal of money doing so just to stay open. 3 Most restaurant do a Temperature check as soon as a guest arrives.  Not leaving out Gyms and Salons which implement similar safety measures.

No economic relief insite for the restaurant business. So either we starve to death, go out of business and lay off all employees. Where is this fair.  Black Friday just past, places were packed with shoppers, no social distance. pushing and shoving to get there items.  Or how about your local grocery store, no social distance, people touching everything you might bring home. grocery stores havent spent any money on safety except for signs and plastic dividers. mean while Restaurants, Gyms, Salons have spent thousands to guarantee a safe place!! We are all on the brink of going out of business.

PLEASE !! WE NEED ALL YOUR HELP OR THE ONLY PLACES TO DINE, WORK OUT or HAIRCUTS will be a chain. not a local business.
