Absolutely ridiculous that this gorgeous little boy had his joy squashed out by a vicious animal and has to see it still in his neighborhood. Should have been euthanized the second it traumatized a family.

When our daughter was a toddler, was attacked by neighbor's two standard poodles! Other than litigation, the police couldn't tag the dogs as dangerous!

I support BSL and reform of existing dangerous animal law. NO ONE should have to live in fear of being attacked by a dangerous dog breed outside of their home. It’s time to start placing the health and safety above that of dangerous animals.

Pit bull type dogs are much too dangerous to be considered family pets. So many of them are maiming children and adults, as well as sometimes killing humans and other pets. Why take the chance on a type of animal that can easily be deemed exotic and dangerous the same way tigers, lions, bears and many other animals strong enough to kill on a whim.

These dogs have no place as family pets and should be kept AWAY from children.

This happened to my son at his grandparents home.......it was a bull mastiff. Luckily bites were on the legs and chest. Suprisingly they chose to keep the dog and even have a todler in the house. It should be common sense to not have a dog like this anywhere near a child don’t you think?

As a shelter manager for over 25 years, I have encountered many Pit Bull attacks and maulings. Animals, children and adults are victims. Hopefully signing this will help prevent someone's pain, suffering or death. It's not "how you raise them".
