On August 10, 1991 a deadly shooting occurred at a Buffalo restaurant near the intersection of East Delevan and Bailey Ave in New York.

With overwhelming evidence proving Valentino Dixon did not murder anybody, detectives and prosecution zeroed in on Mr. Dixon and convicted him to life in prison. (Think Steven Avery, only the injustice here is even more obvious.)
