Andrew brock has been shot down by suffolk police over 12 times he survived his wounds placed in jail 2 days later forced to jail without medical attention left to die in his cell deprived of numerous consutitional rights the state of Virginia has maliciously prosecuted Andrew .False charges being brought against him for personal amonsity reasons . We the people ask the sumpere court to hear thus matter federal lawsuits have been filed with only replying orders 500 page summary gave been attracted to lawsuit  we feel blacks are definitely not being treated fairly in the justice system let's see that Andrew gets a fair court proceeding
