My dad who is aged 65 years has brought a land in the year 2014 approximately half acre with his hardened money. He is normal middle class man who spent all his life on educating me and my siblings. Some people claimed its as their land so we went to court.  Court ordered mro to do survey done and submit . It was submitted and said clearly its belongs to my father . So a builder came forward construction started and finished this year in 2021 . So people started occupying we got few share of flats. And suddenly one women with the support of local goons who are the followers of party mla of tirupathi and his son followers occupied the flats and stopped us from entering.  As everyone does we went to the police station complained so the power worked they didn't even bother to take complaint . We went to sp nothing happened.  And my dad started getting threatening calls telling him his house location. 

Are we in 2021 or 19 th century even after many years its same. Is there anyone any proper law will they ever work. My dad spent all his life on saving buying and ended up in debts and so much of emotional mental trauma. Will these atrocities ever stop ? Or these are going to be like evryday news we read .... we prefer to die but not giving them no matter what they does. This is just not my father story lot of atrocities by power. I hope you people read and help me by winning my dad . Thanks in advance
