Our 8th Grade Coach  Demar Woods was fired February 3, 2020 for being insubordinate because he played a 5th grader Tywaine Fuller Jr up in an 8th grade tournament game.  He was fired by David Bradford, the Athletic Director! Tywaine has been playing up all season and this one weekend they tell him he cannot play. If that was going to be the case then Tywaine should not have played up period the whole season. I just don’t understand why. They’re not giving us any real explanation to why this was the choice. Coach Demar has been coaching at APA for the past couple of years there has never been any problems with him playing kids up. This is not fair at all and he was playing to win like you would want all coaches to do! So I’m asking any and everyone to take a little time out of your day and read this and understand where we’re coming from and sign our petition please and thank you!
