An urgent review of probate lawyers who rob estates.

The following is based on real examples done to many.

The Probate lawyers who have done the following :

1) Aided in the creation of family feuds to profit from the problems that probate lawyers' wills were made to cause (PB, JB).

2) Exploited the death and grief of the families to rob them.

3) Repeatedly disobeyed court orders with no consequences (JB).

4) The deceased's bank accounts were empty by probate lies (JB). 

And PB states there was £100,000 care bills which did not exist.

The financial ombudsman says they will look at it but drag it out.

5) Profited personally from the undervalued properties of the deceased (JB,PB).

For example, probate lawyers (PB) state the property is worth £400,000 but the semi-detached other half of the building, which they do not control, sells for £740,000 in two days.

And with another property, they say it is only £450,000 but ignore two buyers for a million (JB).

6) Assisted in placing the elderly in nursing homes against their wishes.

7) Placed them into nursing homes where no one could see them by DOLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards), and to also stop them removing these probate lawyers. The CQC did not investigate.

8) Hit the clients to change the wills (PB, W)

9) Commit fraud based on the value of property under the control of the probate lawyers by a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) report by AL who then goes to work for the police (MA). And RICS states it is fraud. But the police still give AL work.   And RICS state they will resolve this in days but take nearly a year. 

10) May clients die on the pathway to death but should have never been put on it (my mother and many others).

11) Other lawyers protect these crimes and misdirect the clients trying to get justice.

With a network of probate judges (JH, etc.) and other government officials (Police Detective MA) who have helped in these crimes, which are worth billions,

There is evidence they manipulated and shortened the lives of the elderly to help in these probate crimes with helpful coroner cover-ups.

With a network of other assistants in government agencies, such as social workers, who blackmail the parents of the disputed wills by taking their children into forced care.

And their regulatory bodies, such as the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority), STEP-on, etc, which do nothing and in fact help protect the problem.

And a network of vices to pay off bent police detectives and morphine killing doctors. 

And children and babies are being targeted for murder in order to gain control of their trust funds.

All of this makes it a risky place to live and invest in.
