Were lacking of multimedia and ICT because some of people they dont know how to use of multimedia or they can't reach because of there places and also  the others have fees.Then The people need for a free and independent mass media, for an established and effective right to information law and even the right to communicate through community and non-profit channels of communication are recognised in the neighbouring in philippines
