Dear Comrades,

You all are aware that current President of BSUCBOA Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh has been creating nuisance since he became an executive member of the state unit.

Instance of misbehaviour and abuses are reported by members every now and then. He has involved himself in several activities which has hampered the State units growth and tarnished the image of our beloved organisation.

In order to protect our unit, we must seek serious action against such person who has gone to lowest level of abuses to the members of unit. General Secretary of tge unit needs a written document for proceeding against the President.

Don't Mourn, Organize! is the slogan to protect BSUCBOA.

I am signing this document to protect BSUCBOA and to get its glory back as a unit working for the Officers Fraternity.
