Greetings,

I will try to keep this simple, yet, at the same time profound.  I need help opening a lounge where Poets, Musicians, and Artists of all sorts can come together and pour their hearts out.  I know what it's like needing to escape into a safe haven, yet, there isn't one.  I have learned how intriguing the mind is when it will not rest.  Late nights, unable to sleep, random car rides off into the night.  I know I am not the only one.  

This Lounge would be beneficial to everyone in the town I reside in.  Wyandotte Michigan is not a large city, yet, it is part of a large and diverse community.  This dwellingplace would be unique and different from anything else around or near the area.  I have yet to find anything like this.  

These hopes and dreams are not mine alone.  The very place I desire to transform, allowed musicians to gather every night until this Coffeehouse closed for good.  It is time to change the business and be charitable.  

I hope there is someone willing to help give the broken and talented a place to freely express themselves.  575,000 is the listing price for the two suites, which are located in downtown Wyandotte.  This is the perfect location.  I believe that 1 million dollars will be sufficient to open the facility after all renovations.  I am asking because I have been searching and knocking on heaven's door for some time now.  There is plenty of people ostracized in this world.  Let us bring them home.  Amen.
