Digital spying on minors is ILLEGAL for a reason. Proctorio and others like it are not secure and have been hacked before. Proctorio is also unnecessarily stress inducing and grossly inaccurate. GET RID OF IT

I’m signing because using proctorio is an invasion of my privacy as an individual. I have a right to my own privacy while in my own room. I should not have expose the way I live to others. It is a serious privacy breach.

The webcam requirement discriminates against those who don't have the financial means to obtain one...additionally, the access Proctorio is granted on a machine is concerning from a security point of view

I very much despise that the University of Minnesota is trying to force such an invasive system on us for exams. I get an extreme amount of anxiety from being monitored so heavily. I feel like if I make one wrong move, then I will fail an exam. My heart pounds. I get extremely stressed, and I start to not be able to think properly and rush through the test. Can I just reiterate how invasive this is? This was one of the worst decisions made by the UMN. Please retract this.
