Preserve Wrigley's Quality of Life: Limit the Building Heights in the Land Use Element

To protect Wrigley's Quality of Life, the Land Use Element should adhere to the following:

I. LIMIT BUILDING HEIGHTS ON LONG BEACH BLVD.AND ON MAIN WRIGLEY AVENUES TO A MAXIMUM OF 3 STORIES ABOVE GROUND & 1 STORY UNDERGROUND FOR PARKING.

II. REDUCE THE EXCESSIVE 10 STORY HEIGHTS IN LONG BEACH BLVD. TRANSIT NODES TO 3 STORIES ABOVE GROUND & 1 STORY UNDERGROUND FOR PARKING.

III. WE REQUEST THAT CITY OFFICIALS INSERT THE SPECIFICATIONS OF SECTIONS I AND II
INTO THE LAND USE ELEMENT (LUE) IN ORDER TO PRESERVE WRIGLEY’S QUALITY OF LIFE.
