Stop loudspeakers for daily uses in residential areas

I live in Central Delhi, near Jhandewalan Devi Temple, in DDA flats, Motia Khan. I wake up at 7 AM in the morning by loudspeaker satsang by the nearby Gurudwara Satsang committee or by Azaan of several mosques nearby.
In the day there's always some program going on in the Motia Khan/Multani Dhandi region.
At night there's always one/two functions going on and random songs playing on blaring volume in the same region, till 1-2 AM at night.
I don't have even a few hours of silence at my own home! I'm sure a lot of you might be facing the same.
I've contacted police at night more than 10 times in past 1 year and have asked them to confiscate the speakers of repeat offenders, but nothing there. At times they come to shut these down, but this is not how I want to stay.
I propose places using loudspeakers daily be pushed out of residential areas. There's no explanation of using loudspeakers daily for any kind of prayers. If anyone wants to use speakers near residential areas, they must get 1-2 days maximum (in a month) permit from the police.
I cannot bear this continued noise pollution. We need a stop to this.
