Putin, when starting WAR in Ukraine in February of 2022, wanted to split the West apart by his actions.   However, he only united the West together.  When announcing the war on Ukraine, Putin had made his entire Security council speak about their opinions on the actions he was planning to take.  The faces of some of the members were scared and they understood what they were doing.  They are ALL war criminals now.

This War has a full tendency to become World War 3.

However, in the effort to stop the war, I would like to recommend to the West governments to offer an amnesty to the first member of the Russian Security Council that will betray Putin and overthrow him.
