Pierce County Animal Control came with 16 Armed police officers, many with automatic weapons drawn at my family including my 7 year-old- disabled daughter. We have received no previous violations from animal control, yet they confiscated our 6 puppies and 7 adult dogs. We are a loving Black family in an all-White neighborhood being harassed by neighbors who are police officers in Pierce County. Our neighborhood is in Eatonville, WA. Our dogs are champions in agility competitions and confirmation shows. We are proud of our pets. They are NATIONWIDE CONFIRMATION DOG SHOW CHAMPIONS. We do not dog fight or neglect our animals. We are being targeted and harassed by the police because we are Black family with loving American Pit Bull Terriers as pets. The police are already advertising our pets for sale at the Humane Society.
