One of the most common problems people face in the United States moving industry is having their items delivered at the wrong location or just simply vanish out of thin air. It is completely absurd. Working as a Customer Service Rep. for multiple moving companies allowed me to see how overwhelming this situation can be for some customers who in some cases lost over 10 boxes full of their valuable belongings only to receive a measly fraction of the cost in compensation from the insurance. Something outrageous like 60 cents per pound. Imagine losing a pearl necklace, an iPhone, or some really expensive clothes. You get the idea.

These types of situations are beyond sad and oddly enough are far more frequent than they should be. 

So, why do things get lost in the first place?

Many factors are involved but the two most significant ones are not knowing where the items are and losing track of the boxes when unloading or loading them from and to the trucks or warehouse. 

This sounds too unlikely but it happens. So we decided to make it stop, things should not even get lost in the first place.

With a strict QR scanning protocol and the help of an app that keeps track of the inventory, we are able to know when and where things get dropped off or left behind. 

Not only that but we would also be able to provide information about the location of the boxes in real-time
