Healthcare is very important to everyone, regardless of financial status. It is a basic human right that must be given to Americans, even if they cannot afford it. The United States has some of the world's best medical equipment and resources, yet it refuses to use them on its own people. 

It is time we changed that. Many Americans deal with the ongoing stress of having to pay for medical services. So why are we making them pay to get better health? The medical world in America is seen as an economic gain by pharmaceutical and insurance companies who take advantage of people everyday. They end up with millions in their pockets while we are distressed over if we can attain proper healthcare or not.  

And although some may be worried about the quality of healthcare going down if it becomes free, it should still be considered. Any medical care is better than none. If America wants to continue being a successful nation, it has to take care of its people so they can carry on the responsibilites of the future. Universal Healthcare should be an option for those who need it.
