According to experts, nearly 9 Million Homes were lost to foreclosure in the USA arising from the Financial Crisis of 2008, spawned by Wall Street's illegal practices as documented by both State and Federal Authorities. 

Today, illegal debt collection and foreclosure practices are rampant through our nation, led by banks, non-banks, attorneys and other accomplices in brazen violation of applicable state and federal laws, without fear of consequence as our elected officials and public servants stand by and watch the torture of everyday - hardworking American families!

America Union, a 501(c)(4) non-profit is where Home Owners' Lives Matter, and we are dedicated to standing up against the blatant theft of the American Dream of homeownership, starting with our inaugural Petition Arising from the State of New Jersey, Calling for a Stay of All Pending Foreclosure Proceedings, Sales, and Evictions Nationwide pending an investigation by State and Federal Authorities, to assure that every American is afforded due process and equal protection of law as guaranteed by the Constitution; that the sanctity and humanity of homeownership is protected; and that law and order is restored to our nation!
