Military branch for people with heart problems and pacemakers

I want people who have been disqualified from joining the military, or have always dreamt of joining the military to be able to join. In this new branch, each person should be considered a soldier and be able to aid in natural disaster like the national guard, however, to help the military out, they don't have to go into combat roles or be deployed. The worries with people with heart problems and pacemakers joining the military is, that they would not be able to pass the basic training or withstand the physical demand of combat and deployment. Which is also why this branch should have limited if any basic training. To protect their rights, each soldier should still receive the same equal pay and treatment as other national guard soldiers. I know I have always dreamed about joining the armed forces and I will not stop until people like me can actually join. I was degraded and heart broken once they told me that I couldn't join because of my heart problem. With this separate branch, we will actually get a chance!
