Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification for high school gradation
0 have signed. Let’s get to 1,000!
This petition looks to increase the numbers of certified people in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) by supporting Pennsylvania Senate Bill Number 521. This bill will make it a requirement that students in grades 9-12 take a CPR class and obtain a certification as a part of their high school graduation requirements. By passing this bill we will increase the number of persons in the community to respond, identify, and intervene in those who are suffering from a cardiac arrest. The overall goal of the bill is to increase the number of certified individuals in CPR within our communites and increase the chances of surviving a cardiac arrest.
