Petition to Impeach Chief Justice Roberts

Petition to Impeach Chief Justice Roberts
Why this petition matters
A Petition to Impeach and Remove Chief Justice John Roberts from the Supreme Court of the United States
Whereas we the undersigned are citizens of the United States, under our rights and privileges accorded as citizens, we hereby put forth our petition based on the following.
Justice Roberts’ abrogation of his duty as a Supreme Court Justice in failing to nullify and/or prevent the first frivolous impeachment suit brought against a sitting President- Donald J. Trump -in which he presided, knowingly, that it was a frivolous suit.
His failure to issue a legal stand on, including a writ of objection to, the frivolous and unlawful impeachment trial of a former President- Donald J. Trump -which as Chief Justice he was obligated to declare null and void in accordance with our Constitution.
Permitting and using his office to allow the release of the private/personal tax returns of Donald J. Trump, during and before his tenure as President, to the District Attorney of the Southern District of New York, in clear violation of the privacy tenets of the Constitution.
Failure to uphold the Preamble to the Constitution, including but not limited to the General Welfare and Domestic Tranquility clause(s), by failing to address the numerous Congressional edicts, Presidential executive orders (since 1/20/21) which both circumvent and violate existing immigration laws.
Utilizing his office to ratify and legitimize the Affordable Cares Act (ie, Obama Care) in 2012, committed under circumstances which call into question why he changed the argument presented instead of ruling on the argument. The lack of objectivity of the Justice, may have been compromised by outside influences(s).
Therefore, we the undersigned Citizens of the United States, in accordance with our rights and privileges therein, do hereby petition Congress to initiate impeachment proceedings against Justice John Roberts, for the charges laid forth herein, as well as for dereliction of duty as defined in his Oath of Office.
